You will ascend to higher levels of consciousness week by week so that by the end of our work together you will naturally live your life at a higher level. Learn to enjoy and celebrate what you have achieved. So many high performers fail to savour and enjoy the life they have created. For many, this may seem less important than moving to the next achievement. By pausing and having gratitude for your achievements, you will rewire your brain so you will feel more fulfilled with your life. We will pause at the top of the mountain, look back and savour the view.

Within our one year coaching agreement you will fly out to Bali, Indonesia for an immersive 14 day private retreat with me. Having lived in Bali for 6 years, i’ll be introducing you to the most life-changing, tried and tested experiences on the island.

All activities listed plus breakfast & lunch are included. Flight, accommodation & evening meals expense are not included.

  • On arrival you will be greeted with a full body massage and a complete re-nourishment IV drip including Vit C, Magensium, Zinc, Collagen and more, to revitalise your system after a long flight, all in the comfort of your own private villa.

  • We will spend 2 hours together each day where I will coach you in person 1-2-1. We will create seemingly impossible results for you during this time. As you know when you are in a new place, with strong intentions, magic can happen. Expect miracles to take place during these sessions.

  • We will meditate together daily to create a habit to take home with you. The benefits will be endless.

    Research shows that frequency is even more important than duration — meaning, that meditating for 10 minutes a day, seven days a week is more beneficial than 70 minutes one day a week.

  • Based on your dietary requirements and health goals you will have freshly prepared breakfast and lunch for you daily. Whether its for weight loss, weight gain or just pure indulgence we have it covered.

  • Each day you will have a challenge to do. This will take you out of your comfort zone and bring you very much present to get the most from your day on the retreat. This will be revealed to you each day, you won’t be told ahead of time.

  • Enjoy massages daily to unwind. Choose from traditional balinese relaxation massage, deep tissue or foot reflexology massage for working on more specialist issues. All in the comfort of your own villa.

  • You will be working with one of the top practioners in the world to learn breathwork practices you can carry with you for the rest of your life.

    You will learn different breathing techniques that can help you improve your immune system, regulate your nervous system, and alter the state of your mind and body to how you want it to be in your daily life.

    You will breathe to tap into your subconscious mind to release and let go any stored negative memories, emotions and stagnant energies. This allow ourselves to create space to rewire our brains and dissolve the limiting beliefs we built ourselves.

  • Climb Mount Batur, one of the highest volcanic mountains in Bali and enjoy a sunrise breakfast at the peak.

  • You will have access to one of the best wellness centres in the world. Nirvana Bali is a holistic experience with world class equipment, yoga and meditation studios, stunning cafe plus a recovery spa that include ice plunge, sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi plus access to biohacking facilities including cryotherapy.

  • Cold therapy is becoming a popular trend because of it’s surprising health benefits, not only for your body (decrease inflammation, improve immune system, regulate nervous system etc.) but also for the health of your mind (improve cognitive function, confidence level, as well decrease anxiety, stress, depression etc.)

    You will put into practice your breath work training whilst using the cold plunge to access these health benefits. It's harder than you think but will leave you on an absolute high!

  • Visit 3 enchanting waterfalls. At each waterfall you will receive a ceremonial initiation rooted in Jungian psychology that will connect you with deeper parts of yourself you never new were there. This experience will create better relationships, finances and health.

  • One of the most breath-taking locations in the world. On the cliffs of Bali overlooking the Indian ocean is The Istana. A stunning human optimisation spa.

    Combining the ancient and modern, The Istana allows technology and tradition to exist side-by-side. Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork.

  • This will be something that will push you beyond your perceived limits. This will make everything else look like a piece of cake.
